Minutes: Read and approved Treasures Report: General: Previous Bal $44166.41 Debits $4081.35 Deposits $2510.00 Outstanding $7825.29 New Bal. $34769.77 Legislative: Previous Bal $4055.86 Debits $0 Deposits $30.00 New Bal $4085.86 Discussed the check that are outstanding. Committee Reports: Leonard has 800 fire 5 lb extinguishers to be given away in district; Each Vice President will be given 100 to pass out in his district. Motion made to order more smoke detectors. Protocol Book on funeral is on the web site Insurance Committee: Insurance company want to meet with E board will meet at West Valley Fire Department at 9:00 AM before Alliance meeting Legislative Committee: Discussed Bill that will have to be drafted for the alliance convention. We have to change the wording on the $3000.00. Look at the $7.50 more a year on the pension. Discussed a way to be tax free in our district if we are a fireman Convention Committee: Discussed the 2005 Convention in Conrad Alliance Committee: Due’s will be $1000.00 per Association Discussed John Semples bills Registration for Alliance will be $165.00 plus $75.00 for companion Early $195.00 plus $75.00 for companion Late New Business $100.00 donation MDA Montana Mutual Aid Look at putting our name in as a sponsor of the mutual aid Talked about getting the volunteers on all of the committee in the state we need to be involved in everything that out there Meeting Adjourned Mike Doto Secretary
